Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer service

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service
  • Proficient in using technology and customer support software

  • Availability to relocate to Greece and start with a paid hotel stay
