Job description

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Professional Services team and lead the delivery of Software and DevSecOps projects. You will report to the Site Reliability Engineering Manager. As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will be expected to serve as a technical lead on multiple projects simultaneously, representing senior technical leadership within the organization.


What does the job involve
  • Build advanced cloud-native infrastructure and lead technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Directors to redesign architecture.
  • Support resource planning and build career paths for aspiring Principal Engineers.
  • Mentor and advise teams while documenting processes and tracking metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvements in system stability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to boost development efficiency and security.
  • Lead multiple projects providing technical leadership and guidance.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of the DevOps/SRE landscape, architectures, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in Observability Practices and Incident Management.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform).
  • Experience with automation and configuration management (preferably Ansible).
  • Strong foundation in network and security concepts.
  • Ability to build robust CICD pipelines.
  • Comfortable working as a remote team member and leader.
