The Role Highlights

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure smooth and efficient tutor matchmaking operations, including creating WhatsApp groups, managing trial sessions, and ensuring proper matches between students and tutors.
  2. Assist in maintaining tutor coverage by analyzing gaps, handling add subject/switch session requests, and coordinating replacements when necessary.
  3. Collaborate with Customer Success and support teams to address escalations, ensuring a seamless experience for both students and tutors.

A Day In Your Life:

  • Responsible for monitoring the auto-tutor matchmaking system
  • Responsible for handling requests that do not get matched automatically
  • Ensure a seamless operational journey of creating a WhatsApp group to each deal/trial session and add student and tutor to the group
  • Ensure Trial session is scheduled and executed before handing it back to sales
  • Analyze tutor gaps based on client requests  
  • Ensure coverage of external tutor requests when needed
  • Assist Customer Success in handling replacements
  • Responsible for Add subject / Switch Session requests
  • Responsible for Trial Session Replacements
  • Escalate any tutor/student issues to support and follow up on their progress

Requirements

You’re the Demand Coordinator we’re looking for if you have:

  • Familiarity with CRMs and internal databases

  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

  • Must be a Saudi national
  • Must be eligible for Tamheer Program Registration

Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full-time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are looking for graduates that have not been employed during the last six months.
