Position Summary:
Swiftly is currently seeking a dedicated entry to mid-level professional to join our Ad Operations team as a Specialist. In this role, you will manage day-to-day trafficking, ensure quality assurance, and validate ad deliveries across client apps and websites. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented candidate who thrives on numbers, data-driven decisions, and working with ad servers. This is a full time contract role. We use Deel as the employer of record and contract. 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage day-to-day trafficking, quality assurance and proof of delivery of ads served over client apps and websites. Utilize industry standard ad servers (Xandr) as well as in-house toolsets to execute campaigns 
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to help launch new products, features, and reporting capabilities   
  • Work closely with Account Managers to coordinate ad placements and ensure smooth customer journey 
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes to optimize media and ad trafficking  
  • Provide feedback with the development, testing and usage of new processes and tools to perform ad operations services  
  • Exercise flexibility and agility to meet client requests, especially at the last minute  
  • Perform key metric reporting and continuously monitor campaigns to optimize and ensure the delivery of ad campaign impression targets  
  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Ad Operations experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or marketing/advertising 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a quickly-changing start-up environment 
  • Ability to prioritize and focus oneself and the team with strict attention to detail 
  • Experience with ad servers (GAM, Xandr, Epsilon etc.)
  • Ad Operations experience working with mobile apps and basic familiarity with CSS, Javascript or other coding languages preferred 
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 

  • Preffered Qualifications:
  • Experience working with AppsFlyer
  • Experience working with Google Paid search
  • Social Media experience (Tiktok Ads, Meta)
