Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) proficient in Russian to lead our company into its next growth phase. This pivotal role involves steering the company’s overall direction, managing operations, and driving business development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability. Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments and staff.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement robust systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies, especially in high-risk areas. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence. Drive innovation in payment solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Stay abreast of developments in the payment solutions industry, particularly in high-risk sectors like gambling. Utilize deep industry knowledge to inform business decisions and strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record in senior executive roles such as COO or CFO.
• Extensive experience in high-risk industries, payment systems, and gambling.
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing a business.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Right to Work in Cyprus.
