Job description

•Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all clients.
•Manage and update staff rosters regularly, accommodating any changes or unforeseen absences.
•Handle email and call communications between staff and clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
•Serve as a liaison between clients and staff, addressing any scheduling conflicts, queries, or concerns.
•Maintain clear and organized records of all communications for future reference.
•Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
•Provide ad hoc support to the HR and operations teams as needed.
•Prepare and distribute internal communications, ensuring all staff are informed of any updates or changes.
•Ensure all rostering and scheduling activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
