Job description

What you’ll do as a Customer Success Partner:

As one of our trusted Customer Success Partner’s, you will be responsible for partnering with a small number of our most strategic customers, helping them to achieve their desired service outcomes. You’ll develop a deep understanding of your customers, their industry & how best TGE can continue to provide them top-class services.

You’ll identify and implement improvement strategies, utilising data-driven, problem-solving approaches. You’ll monitor, report & present service performances, whilst continually addressing any ongoing service failures, investigating root causes, and putting in place corrective actions.

What are we looking for in a Customer Success Partner? What’s important?

  • At least 12 months experience preferably working with complex customer solutions
  • Positive, customer-centric mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Adept at structured problem-solving, reporting, data analysis (advanced MS Excel), developing & effectively communicating insights
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent planning, organising, and time management abilities
  • You have a ‘curious’ mindset, and genuinely passionate about continuous improvement
  • Australian car drivers license is required

Extra points for the following (but not essential):

  • Prior experience within logistics/supply chain type sectors
  • BI tools (e.g., PowerBI) & familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methods & tools
  • Degree qualified
