About The Role

The Sales Setter Team Lead is a leadership role responsible for leading and managing a small group of Setters (4-6). The sales team lead is responsible for overseeing the sales process and motivating and coaching team members to achieve sales goals. You will play a crucial role in the success of your setting team by driving revenue and growth. 
You will have an opportunity to work directly with the Publishing.com leadership team to develop your leadership skills, gain experience, and manage a team. You will also have the opportunity to gain insightful knowledge of the Remote Offer space, our sales process, and how to use all those tools to help your team advance in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrating strong leadership qualities by embodying the values and behaviors expected of the sales team, leading by example, and being a role model of publishing.com core values
  • Be a driver: Motivating and coaching team members to improve performance
  • Use data to improve: Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to support setting sales goals and targets for the team
  • Set the team up for success: Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members
  • Build relationship: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners 
  • Support the team: Providing guidance and support to team members when they run into roadblocks
  • Be creative: Developing and implementing new and fresh sales strategies and processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year experience as a team lead or manager is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • The ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude.
  • A true team player, problem solver, and critical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Excel at multitasking and time management.
  • Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, and Slack preferred
  • Possess genuine concern and passion for contributing to the success of Publishing.com and its students.
