Littelfuse is searching for an Export Compliance Supervisor to join our growing team!

What you Will Do:

  • Supervises daily activities of a large export support team to ensure the efficient movement of goods between countries.
  • Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions.
  • Oversees processes to mitigate risk and ensure production metrics complies with Littelfuse standards.
  • Trains team members and contributes to performance evaluations.
  • Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team.
  • Leads a team that oversees and maintains the efficient movement of materials and products across international boundaries.
  • Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet export objectives.
  • Assists the team with complex issues; acts as an escalation point of contact. Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews.


Who You Are:
Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
  • CES - Certified Export Specialist or Bachelor or university degree


Experience:

  • Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level
  • Supervisory skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
