Who you are:
- (Required) You bring 3+ years of experience in software engineering, having contributed to projects from inception to completion.
- (Required) You possess a deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and best practices.
- (Required) You have intermediate knowledge of a backend language such as PHP, Java, Python, or Node.js
- (Required) You have intermediate knowledge of SQL
- You have a working knowledge of frontend technologies
- You have experience working with cloud-native technologies

- You have a high attention to detail and are a skilled problem solver
- Passionate about exploring, adapting, and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth-oriented mindset, with a positive and proactive attitude, ready for challenges in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with your manager and senior engineers to execute on technical efforts.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions outside of our core stack
- Actively influence team dynamics and decisions
- Stay updated with emerging trends in software development, integrating them to enhance the software lifecycle at EverTrue.
