About The Role

We are seeking a GTM Strategy & Ops leader with strategic operational experience and a clear track record of driving enterprise business growth. You’ll define a vision for what a great go-to-market looks like, identifying gaps to build a unified vision as our business transitions upmarket. You'll ensure alignment of our GTM strategies, leveraging your expertise to create a layer of synthesis across our channels, enhance our operations, systematize our data-driven insights, and report on results for senior stakeholders. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory, utilizing both your strategic vision and hands-on execution skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a leader, who will join a small team of talented builders who lay the foundation for our operations. Your team will be responsible for accelerating our business by evaluating, planning, and executing strategic initiatives, including our Pricing strategy, our Sales Pipeline Models, and our Sales Forecasting and Sales Compensation strategy. You will work closely with the GTM Leadership Team and cross functional partners (including Data, Deal & Finance) to help grow & scale the GTM organization.

This fully remote role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper
  • Lead GTM Operations & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies in collaboration with GTM senior leadership and cross-functional teams like Data and Finance, as we move to an Enterprise account-based motion. 

  • Sales & Partner Pipeline Development: Design and own robust pipeline models to recommend and measure the flow of leads and opportunities through the sales funnel and across our market segments. Deliver regular insights to optimize performance and strategic direction and drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Pricing: Lead the design and execution of a sales-led pricing strategy, optimizing for both customer value and company revenue growth.

  • Forecasting: Establish and refine sales and partner forecasting models to deliver reliable predictions and insights that aid in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Sales Compensation: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market standards.

  • Executive-Level Reporting: Provide key insights and recommendations to relevant members of the Executive Team. Lead presentations and strategic discussions on pipeline and future growth opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with GTM functions, Product, Growth, Data, and Finance teams to align operational strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless communication and effective execution.

What you will bring to Jasper
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, with significant expertise in Enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies in high-growth companies.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pipeline development, and multi-touch attribution systems in a B2B/SaaS environment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills, translating insights into strategic actions that drive business performance.

  • Strong self-starter who operates with proactively, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $260,000 - $290,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
