Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient project management processes, including project intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and clear communication throughout all project phases..
Identify and resolve any project issues or roadblocks, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortem analyses to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
Support partner event initiatives, including demand generation efforts to drive registration, engagement, and follow-up activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, communications, or creative services.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation through completion.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience in developing and implementing processes, workflows, and tools to optimize project efficiency.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
