Your missions

Job Description:

Sr. Specialist Client Supportwill manage relationships and complex issues with internal teams and partners and will be part of the Country Service Operations (CSO) team in AT&T Business International (ABI) organization, based in Istanbul office in Turkey. This team works standard hours but covering international regions and various time zones, therefore flexibility is required for working with partner organizations in International and US.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive Country Services Operation projects
  • Local in-country resource: cultural, infrastructure, language, regulatory
  • In-Country workforce that supports multiple functions and tasks and support investigation and resolution of complex issues
  • Advocating for multiple partners, country point of contact for Trade, Regulatory, Tax, Finance, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Sales/Service, Billing, Payment
  • Power of Attorney/Data protection/Archiving
  • Support cost reduction initiatives
  • Prepare analysis and presentations as required
  • Regular communication with internal teams and external companies (customers and vendors)
  • Proactively suggest solutions to ensure continuous improvements in areas of responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • Available to start working immediately
  • Work from AT&T Istanbul office at least 3 days per week
  • Flexible, Analytical mind, Problem solver
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
  • Excellent degree of PC literacy including advanced use of MS system functions

Certified education as per any of the options listed below

ICTA: The Information and Communication Technologies Authority may offer certification programs directly. Accredited Universities: Universities that have programs accredited by ICTA or other relevant authorities. Professional Bodies: Organizations such as the Turkish Chamber of Electrical Engineers (EMO) or other professional engineering bodies that are recognized by ICTA. International Standards Organizations: Certifications from international bodies like ISO (International Organization for Standardization) or IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) may be recognized if they align with ICTA's requirements.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Native Turkish language and Turkish citizen and resident

Fluent English language communication skills are required including proficient writing ability.
