The Role

As the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will take ownership of all requests for the organization, including change management and governance. Your ability to communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of Salesforce projects will be fundamental to your success in this role. Additionally, as the Senior Salesforce Administrator, your understanding of solution design and its considerations, including concepts in the Salesforce architect domain will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales funnel. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Maintain a complex Salesforce org that uses Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to simplify and enhance processes
  • Create a roadmap and define priorities
  • Manage the Salesforce DevOps process
  • Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and system health checks.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification and 7+ years experience as an administrator
  • Understand solution design and its considerations, including concepts in the Salesforce architect domain and Flow design
  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Support stakeholders, including a high-level understanding of relevant best practices in each area
  • Experience managing complex deployments
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Additional certifications such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or CPQ

Compensation(Company Bonus)

The salary range for this position is: $104,000-156,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
