Your missions

Who are we seeking:

We are seeking a multi-talented Marketing Executive who can independently take ownership of our entire marketing strategy, ensuring that all initiatives are executed on time and with high impact. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing efforts, collaborating with internal and external teams to grow brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This position requires a proactive, versatile marketer with experience across digital, content, graphics and event marketing, who can work independently and is driven by results.

What will you do?

  • Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring the timely execution of campaigns across all channels.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation, and review the quality, of marketing materials such as blogs, social posts, newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media insights), generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
  • Brand Strategy: Assist in the development of brand messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
  • SEO/SEM: Work with our external vendors to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and leads.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and promote company events, webinars, and trade shows, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a similar role 
  • Proven ability to manage a marketing calendar and execute marketing campaigns independently.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, MailChimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
