WHAT TO EXPECT:
We're seeking a seasoned Growth Consultant to assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key clients. As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, your responsibilities extend beyond client management. You’ll be driving forward individual ASO client projects, mentoring the other team members, and supporting our Growth Lead.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Organize and ensure smooth operations within the pod daily.
- Support key ASO clients globally by providing guidance on strategic planning and roadmaps across multiple markets and languages.
- Mentor and guide Growth Managers, helping them develop expertise.
- Grow Phiture’s influence on the mobile marketing industry (especially in ASO).
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into pod strategies.
- Collaborate with the ASO Growth Lead to:
- Help the ASO team achieve its vision and mission by leveraging technical strengths, identifying/mitigating weaknesses, and evaluating work processes and methodologies.
- Foster knowledge sharing and facilitate cross-team cooperation between the ASO team and supporting teams.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
- At least 3 years of ASO experience, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.
- Solid knowledge of ASO and a good understanding of mobile marketing, with experience in performance marketing as a significant plus.
- Understanding of research and experimentation methodologies to discover solutions and strategies.
- Strong research skills and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
