Infrastructure Architect - IT/OT - M&A Integrations

What are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with a strong background in IT/OT integration, M&A architecture governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in defining architecture roadmaps, ensuring security and compliance in designs, and managing complex infrastructure solutions in alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-level target infrastructure architecture for IT and OT integrations.
• Define and document the architecture for TechOps/OT integration in alignment with compliance and security standards.
• Establish infrastructure architecture standards and roadmaps for M&A business and technical domains.
• Ensure security and compliance controls are integrated into infrastructure designs.
• Estimate project resource needs for solution architecture and design phases.
• Oversee IT and OT solution design governance throughout M&A projects.
• Assess the IT and OT infrastructure landscape during M&A projects and provide decision-making support for go/no-go milestones.
• Maintain and update architecture documentation in line with organizational standards.
• Coordinate architecture implementation, guide application architects, and support project managers.

Experience and Background:

• Proven experience in infrastructure architecture with a focus on IT/OT integration.
• Expertise in M&A architecture governance, solution design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks in architecture.
• Ability to define and implement standards and roadmaps for infrastructure.
• Skilled in providing accurate resource estimates and aligning with project budgets and timelines.
• Experience in coordinating architecture-related activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with TechOps/OT environments is a plus.

• Experience working in large-scale M&A projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, particularly in guiding cross-functional teams.
