Job Summary:

Our client is seeking skilled Remote Sales Representatives to join their growing team. The company specialises in infrastructure, networking, and security solutions, offering a wide array of products including containment systems, cable management, Siemon cabling, and security products from top-tier brands such as Velcro, EnGenius, and Hikvision. Additionally, their team provides customised services like Velcro cutting, pre-terminated solutions, and engraved labelling to support the most complex installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 70 to 80 outbound sales calls daily to identify leads and secure new business opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, offering customised product solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and efficient after-sales support.
Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide well-rounded recommendations to clients.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of telesales experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A motivated self-starter who is target-driven and results-focused.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently while adhering to UK work hours.
Experience with CRM systems and online communication tools.
Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, or security solutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
