About the Role

Product Management Director for the US region is dedicated to supporting the Sales and technical teams, in selling, supporting and working with our customers and tech alliance partners to understand the Matillion product vision and roadmap. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the technical and operational aspects of the organization. The Director of Product Management drives the technical strategy, innovation, and implementation of technology solutions.

What you will be doing;

Technical and Field Integration
  • Collaborate closely with GTM field teams and understand their challenges and requirements providing technical expertise and solutions. 
  • Work with R&D teams to ensure that field requirements are translated into product capabilities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between GTM, R&D, and other senior leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to key customers, strategic technology and SI partners.


  • Product Strategy and Leadership
  • Co-build the product roadmap Product colleagues, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Work with enterprise accounts to understand their product requirements, ensuring their needs are met and integrated into the product strategy.
  • Be the product leader in the region, working with sales on strategic accounts to drive product adoption and success.

  • Industry Engagement and Partner Collaboration
  • Attend and speak at partner and industry events, presenting Matillion's product vision and establishing thought leadership.
  • Work with strategic partners to build joint product roadmaps, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Promote innovation and best practices within the field and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, fostering positivity and inclusivity within teams.
  • Strong communication skills, engaging effectively with all stakeholder levels, including technical and executive teams.
  • Confident in leading strategic and commercial discussions, aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
  • Persuasive and influential, able to collaborate and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Advanced presentation and public speaking skills for industry events and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive in contributing to best practices, driving innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, ensuring personal and team priorities align with department and company goals.
  • Motivational leadership style, inspiring and uniting cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
  • Highly effective in remote and hybrid work environments, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
  • Results-oriented, focused on driving product adoption, success, and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated base compensation range for this position is $148,000 - $222,000. The final salary will be based on the relevant skills and experience demonstrated in the hiring process.
