Your missions

As Senior Manager of Personalization, you will be responsible for building and scaling Quince’s personalization operations globally. Your goal will be to drive quality and efficiency in personalized products across multiple countries. You will report to the Director of Operations as a part of Quince's fast-growing B2B team.


90 Day Goals
  • Partner with the embroidery manager of our in-house facility in Hong Kong to scale embroidery operations to 1,000+ units/day. 
  • Oversee the launch of monogramming operations in Hong Kong.
  • Identify and execute on process improvements for B2B customization to shorten lead times.

  • Year 1 Goals
  • Scale embroidery operations in Hong Kong to 10,000+ units/day. 
  • Stand up in-house luggage customization in Mexico and/or Canada. 
  • Stand up customization capability in India (probably by sourcing a third party partner). 
  • Establish plan and requirements for opening additional customization facilities in the US, Canada, or Mexico.
  • Research, propose, and execute on new customization capabilities for Quince (i.e. engraving).
  • Create and monitor dashboard of key metrics for personalization across locations, and relentlessly improve on underperforming areas of the business.

  • Requirements
  • 6+ Years of operations experience required
  • Must have experience standing up personalization operations (printing, embroidery machinery, etc).
  • Must have prior accountability over performance metrics (machine utilization, throughput, cost/unit).
  • Preferred experience working internationally.
  • Competitive and curious with a relentless focus on process and quality improvement
  • Willing to travel internationally as needed. Otherwise remote.
