Job description

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Ad Campaign Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be focusing on executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta Ads and affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will manage campaign launches, track performance, and generate comprehensive reports, while taking direction and executing tasks independently.

The Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Central

The Role:

  • Launching Meta Ad Campaigns: Upload ads and links for Meta ad campaigns, including setting up new ads or ad sets. Note: Strategy is handled by others.
  • Launch campaigns on additional digital marketing platforms like Meta Shops, TikTok Shops, and Klaviyo, similar to Meta ad campaigns.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Launch new affiliate offers on platforms such as Everflow and ShareASale, handle basic affiliate management tasks, and build partnerships.
  • Influencer Marketing: Set up campaigns for influencer activations by building tracking links, creating discount codes, and tracking performance. Conduct outreach and development for affiliate and influencer partnerships.
  • Pulling Reports: Gather and consolidate data from various digital marketing platforms into comprehensive Google Sheets reports.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets for report generation and data consolidation.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and affiliate platforms like Everflow and ShareASale.
  • Basic understanding of setting up and tracking influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to take direction, execute tasks independently, and handle basic, time-consuming tasks efficiently.

Nice to have:

  • Additional Platform Experience: Familiarity with TikTok Shops and Klaviyo.
  • Affiliate and Influencer Outreach: Previous experience in affiliate and influencer outreach and development.

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱70,000/month
