POSITION OVERVIEW
As our Chief Product Officer, you will drive the execution and delivery of our product strategy, focusing on prioritizing, curating, and implementing the company's overall product roadmap. Your primary responsibilities include championing Agile processes, leading scrum outcomes, and ensuring product rigor across the organization. Working closely with the CTO and key stakeholders, you'll align product initiatives with business objectives using our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This role requires leveraging data and market insights to inform product decisions, developing metrics to measure product success, and driving efficient development cycles while balancing speed to market with performance and user experience.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering cross-functional collaboration and implementing scalable processes throughout the product development lifecycle. You'll attract, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product team, translating company-wide OKRs into actionable product strategies and team-level objectives. By effectively managing prioritization and using data-driven insights, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering exceptional end-to-end products, services, and experiences that drive product-led growth. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Lead the prioritization, curation, and delivery of the company's overall product roadmap
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives
  • Drive product-led growth through innovative solutions and exceptional user experiences

Agile Leadership

  • Drive Agile processes throughout the organization
  • Lead scrum outcomes and ensure product rigor to deliver strategic product outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the CTO to ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Marketing, etc.) and the leadership team to create support for a shared product vision, definition, delivery, and optimization

Data-Driven Innovation

  • Leverage key data, market trends, and insights to drive product innovation and optimization
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success and drive efficient product development

Process Optimization

  • Implement scalable processes around the product development cycle
  • Manage prioritization effectively to balance speed to market, performance, and user experience

Team Leadership

  • Attract, select, and mentor a high-performing Product team
  • Develop matrixed staff to excel in their roles and contribute to overall product success
 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years of deep product management/development experience in healthcare market delivering 
  • Demonstrated track record of full product development lifecycle ownership: vision setting, ideation, prototyping, roadmap, product launch and goal ownership
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare delivery and commercial insurance 
  • 5 years of experience in an executive level leadership role with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others and guide successful product management teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market trends into product offerings that meet the needs of the customer.  Understanding and experience analyzing numerous product metrics, both qualitative and quantitative.  
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen with ability to demonstrate curiosity and translate to quick solutions & actions for impact
  • This is a Remote Role.
