Job description

About the role: The Account Executive is a crucial role within the Dataprise Sales team, dedicated to selling across a variety of industry verticals and segments. Leading by example, this role drives a culture of performance and measurements using The Challenger sales process and best practice methodologies to consistently achieve (and exceed) goals. What You’ll Do:
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Leverage proven sales methodology and related tools to generate opportunities and sell specific business line solutions and technical products that align with the needs of our customers.
  • Create meaningful relationships that drive an understanding of the diverse issues faced by customers across various industries, as well as propose solutions that deliver measurable improvements to their business.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes for customers.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
  • Create and execute actionable territory plans necessary to achieve goals.
  • Manage and execute all aspects of the sales motion.

What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
  • 5 years of prior sales experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in exceeding new sales goals and managing customer relationships.
  • The ability to handle complex sales environments.
  • An understanding of IT terminology (in particular, Microsoft technologies) and the ability to translate technical jargon into non-technical terms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and an ability to coordinate multiple internal resources at once.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • An ability to manage and prioritize time well, juggling multiple tasks at once.
