About the Program
Global Overview (GO) is passionate about developing its people because without them, we wouldn’t be able to successfully support our clients, and their brands’ growth. As such, we have developed a program to integrate recent college graduates into the corporate world.
Through this program, which we have deemed Learning, Excellence, and Preparedness (LEaPs), recent graduates will get hands on support to learn about the GO business, professional skills & etiquette, network across the organization, and to onboard into an entry level role at GO. This program is unique because we seek out candidates that possess innate skills to do well at GO and in the first 4 weeks of the program, we work closely with the individual to determine which department and role align both with the individual’s strengths and the needs of the business. This 16-week program is a feeder into entry level roles on our marketing, retail, analytics, operations, and studio teams.
The ideal candidate will start at GO within 2 years of graduating college, be innately curious with a self-starter attitude, and be seeking a job in advertising, account management, ecommerce, analytics, supply chain, or digital content. Associates in this program will be assessed on their ability to write effectively, present ideas, deliver results, and effectively learn the skills needed to move into an entry level role.
The program does require the individual to pass in order to be fully integrated & placed into an entry level role at GO, all individuals will have full transparency into their performance throughout the entire program. Global Overview is committed to providing ongoing training, support, feedback, and guidance to ensure the individuals in the program are set up for success to be able to excel throughout their career at GO.
LEaPs Cohorts begin twice a year: in January and June.
