Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to spearhead our digital presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content, manage our social media accounts, and play a crucial role in our digital marketing strategy. You’ll have the freedom to bring your innovative ideas to life, creating engaging short-form videos, managing community interactions, and staying ahead of social media trends. Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
  • Develop and edit attention-grabbing short-form videos
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages
  • Research industry trends and curate relevant content
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining our unique brand voice
  • Proactively suggest and implement new strategies to boost our social media presence
  • Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content across various social platforms
  • Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
