This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Maimi (or 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between

  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups on overdue invoices to maintain healthy cash flow
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports to support decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably for U.S.-based companies
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and management
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices in the U.S.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
