Your missions

Summary of the Role
The Data Administrator will be responsible for the accurate collection, input, and maintenance of data across various systems and platforms. This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, managing system security, and providing support across departments for data-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large data sets across multiple systems.​

Role Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across various company systems.​
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with data-related inquiries or issues.
  • Create reports from different systems and collate them into master sheets for visualization. 
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by regularly cleaning and validating data across all systems.​
  • Manage the company’s databases and ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Regularly back up system data to prevent loss and ensure quick recovery in case of failure.​
  • Perform data validation and audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide data analysis to support decision-making in various departments.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports based on the company’s data needs.


Requirements
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI would be advantageous.​
  • Proficient in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and security protocols.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.

Benefits

Work Environment

  • General Work Hours: Work from Colombo 5 office 11AM to 8PM and WFH 12.30PM to 9.30PM Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week
  • Remuneration: Gross Salary Up to LKR 95,000/- 
  • Location: Hybrid. 2 days work from Colombo 5 office and 3 days work from home.
