JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sr. Content & Digital Media Manager who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative content creation, copywriting, and digital media management. This role requires a versatile individual capable of producing engaging content across multiple platforms, managing digital advertising campaigns, and interacting with online communities.


JOB DETAILS:

  • Location: 100% Remote – open to candidates based in Nicaragua.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM NI Time Zone
  • Language Proficiency: Spanish: Native / English: C1+ reading, writing, and conversation
  • Immediate availability preferred.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop content strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy in both English and Spanish for content planning.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and adhere to brand guidelines across all content.
  • Ensure all content is of high quality, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. The content must accurately represent the professional and responsible character of the brands we work with.
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta.
  • Generate social media metric reports to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Plan, schedule, and post content on client/project platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor content accordingly.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and comments from client/project communities.
  • Create a detailed monthly calendar of all social media posts using Monday.com platform or any other similar platform.
  • Develop strategic digital advertising proposals.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Apply best practices for managing social media advertising strategies.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads platforms to enhance content and advertising strategies.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Demonstrate creative versatility across different industries.
  • Foster positive engagement and maintain a strong online presence for clients/projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and performance reports.


      REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

      ACADEMIC BACKGROUND


      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
      • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE


      • Over 5 years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years working with bilingual clients.
      • Strong copywriting and content creation skills in both English and Spanish, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
      • Experience in international digital marketing campaigns, managing multicultural and multilingual content strategies across global markets.
      • Experience collaborating with clients and project teams to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
      • Proficiency in developing and curating engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms.
      • Demonstrated capability to maintain consistent brand voice and adhere to brand guidelines across all content.
      • Ability to foster positive engagement and maintain a strong online presence for clients/projects.
      • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
      • Track record of ensuring client satisfaction through regular updates and performance reports.
      • Creating content from scratch, sometimes based on information provided by the client and other times requiring independent content proposals.
      • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools, including Meta and Google Ads.
      • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Birdeye or any other).
      • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
      • Proven track record of managing large-scale content projects and campaigns, demonstrating strategic thinking and creativity.
      • Proficient in social media management and metric reporting.
      • Experience in handling advertising budgets.
      • Ability to develop comprehensive content strategies for clients.
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
      • In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, with a demonstrated ability to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic growth.


      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
      • Highly Organized: Must be extremely organized and focused on delivering tasks according to the agenda.
      • Detail-Oriented: Must ensure high-quality content with perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
      • Timely Delivery: Must be able to deliver content plans and calendars on schedule, and meet deadlines for post approvals and scheduling


      Nice to have:

      • Has done this for Doctors, eye care and/or banking
      • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or equivalent.
      • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline campaign workflows.
