The Role


As our Business Operations Manager, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, digital first environment to help us enable success across our teams and projects. You’ll be responsible for enabling our global teams to perform at their best, by driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across the business. With your strong project management skills and deep understanding of operational and service delivery, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with our goals and deliver impactful results.


What You’ll Do:


  • Drive Operational Strategy, Process Optimisation and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Alongside our VP of Operations, develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Lead Change and Project Management Initiatives: Support Leadership teams in effectively running and managing projects 
  • Drive an AI-First Support Strategy: Implement our support strategy with a focus on AI to transform our customer experience and service offerings
  • Organisational Reporting to the SLT and the Board: Establish regular reporting cadences and support the Leadership team in reporting and communicating frameworks with a data driven mindset


What You’ll Bring:


  • A degree or qualification in business or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or delivery roles, particularly in SaaS or tech companies - where you’ve led change or projects
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully driving initiatives
  • Experience managing teams, conducting regular check ins, and helping people grow
  • Experience managing transformational change and improving productivity or driving down costs
  • Experience driving AI or automation strategy into a service or delivery role
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to spot patterns and make process improvement recommendations
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully driving initiatives
