Summary:

OneDigital is looking for a rising college Junior or Senior to intern with our team! Being a part of our JUMPSTART Internship program will give you hands-on experience at one of the nation’s fastest growing strategic advisory firms. The paid JUMPSTART Internship Program will expose interns to various facets of retirement and wealth management through a regulatory compliance lens where the law and operational practice meets.  If you are a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic, excellent team-building skills, attention to detail and organization, and outstanding communications, we would like to speak with you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Learn about federal and state securities laws and how they apply to investment advisory firms 
• Gain exposure to RIA Compliance Systems
• Learn audit and examination technique and best practices 
• Work with compliance team members to analyze data in different formats from multiple sources to identify potential deficiencies 
• Shadow compliance team members as they work with other practice managers in the OneDigital organization to provide solutions to business needs

• Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication to a variety of audiences, both written and orally  
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize work and meetings needs

Education, Training and Experience:

• A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
