As of February 2025 our Recruitment team in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate intern. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

• Corporate Recruitment with the aim to support hiring managers in hiring processes from A-Z.
• Recruitment reporting on local and global level, incl. analytics and improvement advise
• Ownership for the Recruitment for our “Best internship in Retail” for our int. HQ.
• Daily contact with candidates and hiring managers to deliver our best Recruitment “World Class Service”
• For our “Best internship in Retail” you’ll support in running the trainings & activities for your fellow interns in addition to coordinating the BIIR Ambassador program.
• Join global & local Recruitment projects with the aim to either improve processes & procedures, candidate experience or hiring manager cooperation.

YOUR PROFILE:

The ideal candidate is a fan of Hunkemöller and a real Brand Ambassador, with high interest in HR topics. The work environment is high paced, performance-driven and fun. You also need to be structured, determined, persuasive and a good communicator. Most important is that you’re as passionate as we are to find the best candidates to join our amazing brand! As we truly live our credo “Hire for attitude & train for skills”. Besides, you should be/have:

• Bachelors (HBO) or Masters student that ideally gained first experience during Recruitment, HR or project management internships/apprenticeships/jobs
• Good verbal and written communicative skills in English
• A true spider in the web: well organized and planner, proactive and have a true can-do mentality
• You are passionate about HR, Corporate Recruitment and people
• You need to be available to work on internship tasks for at least 36 hours a week (a max of 4 hours per week that you can spend on school/internship assignments or thesis).

Eligibility:
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, AND the internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum.
