About Hyred

We are a fast growing recruitment agency, dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies in various industries in SEA.

We specialise in providing staffing solutions to meet our clients' unique needs, and our success is built upon a strong team of skilled recruiters who are passionate about their work. 

We are currently seeking a talented Intern who is looking to build their career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, to join our team in Thailand.

Location: Remote (based in Thailand)

Duration: 3-6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing recruitment documents and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a course in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
