Job description

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure alignment with the company’s employer branding efforts.
  • Develop and implement a performance management system that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and enhances employee performance.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management best practices, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Support leadership development efforts, ensuring that leaders are role models for the desired culture and are equipped to foster a positive work environment.
  • Design recognition and rewards programs that reinforce and celebrate behaviors aligned with the desired culture.
  • Ensure that the organization's values and mission are well-communicated and integrated into everyday work practices and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct assessments and surveys to understand the existing workplace culture, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate with third-party companies to develop and coordinate Learning and Development (L&D) programs.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of HR
  • Previous experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field is highly valuable. Experience in employee engagement, culture development, or change management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of workplace culture and its impact on employee behavior, engagement, and organizational performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to collect and analyze data related to workplace culture is essential for measuring the effectiveness of culture initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and implementing cultural transformations and guiding employees through change.
