The Global Workplace Department manages and optimizes all aspects of our physical workspace locations over 4 regions EMEA, North America, APAC & Latam Our goal is to enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and provide the best possible work experience for all employees.

We are seeking a sharp PMO who is data-driven, a problem solver, and a barrier breaker, with a strong analytical background and pojects management skills to join our Global Workplace Operations department. This role will be instrumental in managing the department’s strategic initiatives, driving global standardization processes, overseeing budget management, and ensuring the successful execution of ongoing projects across multiple regions and contribute to our goal of becoming a world-class team.


About The Role


  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple workplace operations projects globally, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage project timelines, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Global Standardization: Develop, implement, and manage global standardization processes to ensure consistency in workplace operations, policies, and procedures across all locations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the department’s budget for global projects, ensuring cost efficiency. Work closely with finance to track expenditures, forecast budget needs, and provide financial reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze existing workflows and processes, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the workplace operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, facilities, IT, procurement, and HR, to align on project goals and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with global and regional stakeholders, providing project updates, risk assessments, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to projects and processes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track project progress, budget utilization, and KPIs. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing and future initiatives.



Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst/PMO with a proven track record in tech environments.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable institution (e.g., Technion, Ben-Gurion, Ariel University).
  • High proficiency in G- suite in general and particular Spreadsheet 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.


Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
