What You Will Do:

  • Deliver impactful learning experiences: Partner with the Talent Development team and SMEs to uphold TInuiti’s learning strategy by assessing learning needs, identifying goals, and applying proven instructional methods to design effective, engaging and integrated learning experiences across remote, hybrid, and in-person learning environments.

  • Create e-learning content: Create and curate engaging learning activities and compelling course content within Workday Learning to include learning objectives, course content, facilitation guides, and experiential practice that enhance learner retention and knowledge transfer. 

  • Evaluate impact of programs to the business: Conceptualize and develop evaluation materials including knowledge checks, course evaluations and tests to provide data for meeting previously set educational goals. Confidently run reports in Workday Learning to ensure Tinuiti’s L&D strategy is aligned with business needs and objectives.

  • Knowledge management: Apply UX and knowledge management best practices to build out and maintain knowledge management hubs featuring learning materials and best-in-class resources on Tinuiti’s intranet. 

  • Manage effective workflows: Create and manage efficient processes for the creation and delivery of learning experiences. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Develop deep understanding of Tinuiti’s business and client-base to inform learning strategies. Consult with and guide business stakeholders in learning design best practices as you partner with them in creating learning experiences. 

  • Innovation and accessibility: Proactively seek out and try new tools and technologies to create best-in-class learning experiences for Tinuiti employees. Ensure DEI principles, including accessibility of learning content, are infused within the learning journey to support the growth of all Tinuitians.

Minimum Requirements

  • Three (3-5) years of learning or UX design experience

  • Experience designing and building interactive learning content across modalities (i.e face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses)

  • Highly proficient in presentation design using tools like Google Slides

  • Highly proficient in instructional design tools such as Articulate Rise, Vyond, Captivate, etc.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or commensurate experience.

  • Prior experience in the digital marketing industry

  • Enterprise knowledge management experience
