Digital Product Designer

Hi, I'm Rita, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.  This role is focused on holistic, omni-channel experience design from concept to production by thinking about the people who are going to be using the product, how it fits into their lives, and what job it fulfills for them.  As a customer advocate, the Digital Product Designer must fully understand the business case and help document not only how the design works but why it works for the business.  

What you'll do

• You will report to our Dir Global Creative Design to contribute towards improving each phase of the user's complete life cycle.

• You will Interpret the product involvement and discuss with colleagues to ensure that all designs capture the essence of the features and that they follow the correct graphic approach and aesthetics to best represent the product line standards.

• You will collaborate with more senior team members, gather requirements and assess target application/landscape to identify the problem statement, solution definition, and execution.

• You will determine how best to represent a concept and create mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrates how the product/project performs in addition to showcasing the overall user experience.

• You will conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and specific iterations.

• You will design graphic user interface elements, storyboards, process flows, site maps and other materials as needed for concept development and project implementation.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English in a business environment

• At least 2 years’ experience in related field focusing on interaction/UI design, UX design, and graphics design.

• Experience in user research and testing.

• Experience in modern digital design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe CC).
