You will become a trusted advisor who listens, understands where prospects and customers want to go, and help nurture them through their entire lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
Leading discovery and initial requirements gathering sessions with customers and prospects, translating key pain points into solution opportunities.
Delivering solution demonstrations to customers and prospects.
Support the Business Development team by providing input into functional and technical responses to prospects (e.g. RFPs) and customers and prescribe implementation or consulting offerings based on customer requirements
Delivering a range of consulting engagements, such as training, business-as-usual support, system health checks, etc. to a wide range of audiences.
Collaborating with other teams to provide insights on best practice approaches and thought leadership, pulling from your experience in the not-for-profit sector.
What you’ll Bring
Experience using one or more Fundraising CRM systems (Blackbaud product experience strongly preferred e.g. Raiser’s Edge NXT, Blackbaud CRM or eTapestry).
The confidence to lead conversations with a wide variety of people (both in person and virtually) with the ability to influence and inspire others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
A love for engaging with customers, solving problems and satisfying customer needs.
