Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with product-related questions and after-sales support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management on customer trends and experiences to inform service improvements.
  • Contribute to the refinement of customer service processes and policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
