Job description

IntelliBridge Company is looking for a creative, skilled Business Analyst to join our project team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicating your insights/plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders/producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Ability to advise clients on industry trends
  • Ability to work internally across advisory tams to help bring clients the most comprehensive, end-to-end business and IT transformation services to effectively address their business challenges.
  • The ability to assess business impact of specific technologies/strategies.
  • The ability to document and present design alternatives and recommend solutions and alternatives.
  • The ability to interview users and consult with support personnel to identify and document software deficiencies.
  • Experience working on design/implementation of multiple systems using a variety of technologies.
  • Experience defining and working on new technical process capabilities.
  • Knowledgeable of current industry best practices and solutions.
  • Experience performing systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Knowledge and experience which demonstrates the ability manage and organize tasks in such a way as to deliver quality products and meet critical deadlines.
  • Knowledge/experience which demonstrates ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Understanding and experience with information security requirements and practices.
  • Experience providing technical assistance and/or functional support to customers.
  • Familiarity with budgeting activities/financial – the current tool is a budget information tool.
  • Ability to combine business process understanding with practical information technology implementation experience.

Must Haves:

  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Must be able to attain a Public Trust Clearance

Nice to Have: 

USCB experience or working in the federal sector.
