Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of projects within the organisation. You will play a key role in coordinating project teams, ensuring project goals are met, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Duties
– Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
– Utilise project management methodologies such as Waterfall and SAFe to drive project success
– Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
– Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to ensure project alignment with business needs
– Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions
– Utilise systems such as ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting
– Manage project risks and issues effectively
– Provide team management and support to ensure project milestones are achieved
Skills
– Proficient in project management principles and practices
– Strong ability to present information clearly and concisely
– Experience in product development lifecycle
– Familiarity with Waterfall and SAFe methodologies
– Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
– Competent in requirements gathering and analysis
– Ability to conduct root cause analysis for problem-solving
– Proficiency in using systems like ServiceNow for project management
– Demonstrated capability in team management for successful project delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: £30,426.61-£68,008.14 per year
