Join the strategic initiatives delivery team for one of Fortune’s "100 Best Companies to Work For®". First American Financial is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to work across multiple functional areas with business stakeholders that specialize in business operations, finance and accounting.
This position is ideal for an energetic individual who has an inquisitive mindset and enjoys working in a team environment. In this position you will help support process assessment, improvement and migration specific efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, review, and analyze business data and processes
  • Diagram complex business processes, data flow and architecture
  • Identify process enhancements to optimize business processes
  • Assist Project Management Team to conduct project specific research
  • Gather, analyze and interpret data to help make business recommendations
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Successful candidates possess the following attributes:

  • Ability to collaborate with business partners to create documentation of business processes
  • Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, strong organizational skill and  high attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • The ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines accordingly
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Experience with Smartsheet is a plus, but not required

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Associate/B.S. Degree in finance, accounting, math, business administration or data/analytics or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $24.00 - $39.00 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
