A day in the life.

As a Power BI Developer on the MMA National Technology team, you’ll work closely with Business Partners and Stakeholders, analyzing the business requirements, designing solutions, and mapping data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Our Power BI Developers are key members of the Data and Analytics Team, bringing an analytical mindset and a problem-solving aptitude to build multi-dimensional data models, along with interactive and visually appealing dashboard and reports - directly supporting business performance monitoring decision-making.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Power BI development, delivering complex reports and dashboards.

  • Proven ability to design, develop, manage, document and troubleshoot with the MS Power BI suite (Power Query/M/DAX)

  • Strong understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP & ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks, as well as SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

  • Experience with development and support Microsoft Power Apps.

  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Knowledge of Azure synapse or Data Factory, exposure to other visualization tools like (Qlik Sense, Tableau)

  • Familiarity working in Azure cloud & other programming languages like Python and Spark 

  • Experience working in Agile environments using Azure boards, Git and CI/CD pipelines.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $73,620-$128,835. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
