Reporting to our fantastic Customer Service Team Leader you will:
Provide customer service excellence.
Develop and maintain strong Internal & external customer relationships.
Add value - get involved in process improvements.
Pro-actively inform and update customers.
Complete administrative duties when required.
He kōrero mōu: About you
We're seeking a someone who is passionate about people, with a positive attitude. Additionally, you will have:
One year experience in a similar role
Be passionate about helping people
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive vibes
Solutions orientated
Good computer literacy and data entry skills
Experience with Genesys Purecloud and / or Salesforce (preferred)
