Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. The responsibilities of this role include a wide range of Payroll activities giving a great opportunity for learning and developing new skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data.

Remote work from Poland or hybrid work from Wrocław

Responsibilities will include:

  • correcting and timely calculation of salaries in terms of legal requirements, employment contract agreements and employer’s agreements

  • maintaining and performing payroll/time-tracking transactions according to country-specific regulations and collective agreements

  • ensuring post payroll activities (payments file to bank, print & distribute payslips, etc.)

  • giving active support to other team members

  • resolving all payroll/time tracking issues and queries raised by the employees, their managers or any other parties within deadlines

  • preparing prompt and correct statements required in the process according to employees’ orders

  • preparing monthly/yearly/quarterly declarations on time and in accordance to the local legal requirements

  • participation in payroll-related projects

  • working in the SAP system
