Working with minimal supervision with the general guidance of the Manager, Inside Solution Architects (MISA), relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals, the Senior Inside Solutions Architect (Sr. ISA) provides advanced pre-sale technical consulting, specific to area of expertise and certification, to advise and recommend technology solutions of highly advanced levels of complexity to clients, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval. The Sr. ISA works directly with the account executives to effectively penetrate and drive solutions within targeted accounts. The Sr. ISA assesses the client needs utilizing business systems analysis and designs a solution that fits the functional requirements of the client. The Sr. ISA, as a solution provider, enhances the engagement with customers and prospects in new business opportunities. The Sr. ISA acquires and maintains various technical certifications in their practice area and demonstrates competencies in multiple technology areas such as storage, networking, virtualization and security.

Responsibilities:

·   Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Cisco WebEx and relevant internal business systems.

·   Advanced knowledge of respective practice area technologies and related product solutions (datacenter, networking, security)

·   Pre-sale IT certifications in practice area is required.

·   High aptitude to stay current and train on related technology areas

·   Account planning skills with experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies.

·   Articulate with ability to clearly demonstrate the value proposition to the customer.

·   Adept at providing technical solutions based on customer needs per the practice area

·   Analytical with ability to assess the customer’s business systems requirements

·   Action oriented with strong executional skills

·   Self-motivated and results-driven

·   Excellent time management skills

·   Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills

·   Proven experience managing projects and delivering expectations, both internally and with clients

·   Proven success at working collaboratively with sales and internal colleagues to solve technical problemsProficient use of Microsoft Excel, Cisco WebEx and relevant internal business systems.

·   Working knowledge of respective practice area technologies and related product solutions (datacenter, networking, security)

·   Multi-tasker, with high energy, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment.
