Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement and test RF drivers for InnoPhase IoT’s SoC products.
Work with RF and Systems teams to understand requirements and write clear documents that describes software procedures, high level design and detailed design.
Understad existing implementation from source code, modify and support bug fixing.
Hands on testing using lab equipment such as testers, power supplies, temp chambers etc.

Skills & Experience:

Expert level in C programming is a must along with debugging using industry standard embedded tools such as J-Link, OpenOCD etc.
Working knowledge in Python is a must
Working knowledge in Git/Gitlab/JIRA.
Prior experience in developing device drivers for RF circuits in an SoC and familiarity in Wi-Fi and BT/BLE standards.
Understanding of radio impairments and software-based compensation techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to break down complex problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions
