Your missions

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm, 35 hour working week.

Location: Dinnington, Sheffield. S25 3QU with the possibility of remote working

What can you expect?

In this role you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the daily activities of engineers to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients.

This may include



  • Scheduling and assigning Service Engineers to clients based on geographical location and technician skill set
  • Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of Service Engineers and ensure all appointments are scheduled efficiently and on time
  • Review and prioritise service requests
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointment times, changes and updates
  • Monitor and track the progress of service appointments and ensuring that jobs are completed within the agreed timeframe
  • Maintain and mange accurate documentation and records of service appointments and schedules
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiencies and customer satisfaction

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
