We are hiring a Test Automation Specialist who will be a strong partner to our customers and deliver best practices with Software QA. Internally, you will also be responsible for communicating and contributing to the continuous development of the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence best practices, go-to-market approach, and overall client engagement best practices.

What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience working with web or mobile automation frameworks
  • Experience with Playwright and Appium (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Javascript/Typescript and Python (nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience in testing large codebases with multiple subsystems
  • Knowledge of how automation can be leveraged for different quality gates
  • Experience implementing test automation into CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. You’ll be communicating in English every day including speaking in meetings.
  • Be willing to learn fast and continuously expand your knowledge
  • Team player, socially open-minded, empathetic, and considerate of cultural differences
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as a test automation analyst in understanding and simplifying the implementations to the QE test automation suite and implementing it into CI/CD pipeline.
  • Assist the other members of the QA/TA team deployed on the client side in making test automation a success.
  • Adhere to Testlio’s defined scripting governance process.
  • Prepare automation roadmaps and status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the data.
  • Use your extensive automation experience to challenge the status quo, as well as recommend improvements to frameworks and processes.
  • Partner with clients' internal teams to drive strategic Automated Testing solutions.
