The Anthology Student Success team works with customers to deliver technology and consulting solutions that address a wide variety of business and technology challenges. Our Implementation Consultants deliver many standard and custom solutions that extend, enhance, and integrate Anthology’s solutions across the customer education enterprise.
A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, interfacing directly with customers daily, often on multiple concurrent engagements.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as an expert in Anthology Student Success products, including their architecture, functionality, and deployment methodologies
- Coordinating customer, partner, and cross-platform internal resources to ensure on-time delivery of implementation engagements
- Engaging with internal and external resources to deliver functional and technical requirements
- Performing business analyst tasks such as requirements definition, problem/risk analysis, quality assurance, and creating quality documentation where needed
- Through communities of practice, working with other implementation team members to improve processes/methodologies to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and project profitability
- Performing other duties as required to deliver products and services
- Managing change request from internal and external stakeholders for existing customers
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or consulting
- Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle and associated processes
- Proven ability to learn new technologies as needed
- An understanding of the fundamentals of project management
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information quickly, and developing strategies with a minimal amount of oversight
- Ability to manage several projects and customers simultaneously
- Call center operations and telephony experience
- Skilled at fact and information gathering, complex analyses and summarization
- Basic coding and sequel query knowledge
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in the management of systems integrations
