Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs.
Provide detailed product information and offer personalized recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, both in-store and through phone or email, regarding products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
Keep the store environment clean, well-organized, and stocked with products.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are available and presented well.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about new product lines and current promotions to enhance customer experience.
Address customer issues or complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

1-2 years or more of experience in retail sales or a related customer service position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
